Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Cinemak. If something does not work out, this policy explains when and how you can get your money back. It applies to purchases made directly from Mistral JS through app.cinemak.app.
1. Pro Lifetime — 14-day refund
You can request a full refund of your Pro Lifetime purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. Your licence will be deactivated and the amount refunded to your original payment method.
The 14-day window starts on the date of purchase, regardless of when you activated the licence on the desktop app. The free tier remains available to you after a refund.
2. Cinemak Cloud — cancel anytime, pro-rata refund within 14 days of a new charge
Cinemak Cloud is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically. You can cancel the auto-renewal at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
If you cancel a new subscription or a renewal within 14 days of the corresponding charge, we will refund the unused portion of that period on request.
Outside that 14-day window, mid-period cancellations are not refunded; you simply retain access until the end of the period.
3. EU / EEA / UK statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving a reason. By proceeding with the purchase you agreed that the digital content (the Pro Lifetime activation, the Cloud subscription) is delivered immediately, and you acknowledged that this may shorten or end the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. We nonetheless honour the 14-day refund window described above.
4. What is not refundable
- Requests received after the 14-day window described above.
- Purchases made through a third-party reseller — please request a refund directly through them.
- Charges from a renewal you cancel after the 14-day window. (Future renewals will not occur once cancellation is registered.)
We may decline a refund in clear cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of our Terms of Service — for example, attempting to re-purchase repeatedly to extend refund eligibility, or sharing an activated licence.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to nettah.safi@gmail.com with:
- the email address on your account;
- the date of the purchase or charge;
- the Stripe receipt number, if you have it.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Most banks credit refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
